Assignment Of Accounts Receivable With Non Recourse
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned does hereby sell and transfer all rights of ownership, including complete title and interest relating directly to the account[s] receivable. See annexure marke "A". The undersigned does hereby warrant that the aforementioned account[s] are correct and due and as of the date and signing of this agreement the undersigned has not received and/or accepted full or part payment for same; give it that said account[s] are sold without any recourse directly to the undersigned in the event of complete non-payment.
