Construction Easement-----------------------, referred to as LANDOWNER, and -----------------------, referred to as CONTRACTOR, agree: LANDOWNER grants a temporary easement to CONTRACTOR for the sole purpose of access to the construction site by workers, vehicles and equipment related to the construction as per the attached site plan beginning ___________, 20 __, and terminating on ___________, 20 __, or when the construction is completed, whichever is earlier. LANDOWNER shall receive as full payment for the easement granted herein the sum of $ ( & no/100 dollars) to be paid as follows: Upon the completion of the construction work, or the expiration of the easement, CONTRACTOR shall within days repair any damage caused to the property and restore the same to the condition that it was prior to the use of the property by CONTRACTOR.
