Extension Of Agreement

EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT made by and between ____________________, (First Party) and _____________________, (Second Party) said contract being dated _______________, 20 __(Agreement).

Wherein said agreement expires on ______ 20 _, and the parties desire to extend and continue said contract; it is provided that said contract shall be extended for an additional term of (------------) years, commencing upon the expiration of the original term and expiring on ___, 20 _.

This extension shall be on the same terms and conditions as contained in the original agreement and as if set forth herein excepting that:

Further Assurances. In connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, each party to this Agreement will execute and deliver any additional documents and perform any additional acts that may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate and perform its obligations under this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.

Transfer Of Rights. This Agreement shall be binding on any successors of the parties.

Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of ________.
