Principal Agent's Indemnity

Agent shall reimburse principal from all claims, demands, suits, penalties or actions in the following instances:

1. For damages to _________________

2. For personal injuries or death that may be sustained by any third party.

3. For any claims against, or losses arising out of default in the performance of any obligations of agent under this agreement.
