Quality Control Clause Type 3

The Manufacturer shall permit the Customer or its duly authorised agent, upon reasonable notice, to observe the Manufacturer’s quality evaluation and control procedures, and to inspect [products] prior to shipment in order to verify that such [products] conform with the Customer’s specifications.
