Child Support Arrearage Agreement

(Agreement for child support which had not been paid in the past to be repaid. Important since it at least fixes the amount of the unpaid support.)

AGREEMENT AS TO REPAYMENT OF ARREARS IN CHILD SUPPORT

[NAME] THE HUSBAND, referred to as HUSBAND, and [NAME] THE WIFE, referred to as WIFE, agree:

HUSBAND is obligated to pay child support to WIFE, for the care of ___________, ____________ AND ___________, their children.

That HUSBAND is presently in arrears in the child support payments, and as of May 15, 1996 the arrearage totals $------ (dollars). The present payment for such child support equals $------ (dollars) paid weekly.

The parties agree that the arrears shall be repaid as follows:

The payment shall be changed to $------ (dollars) to be paid weekly, until the arrears are paid in full, without interest.

In addition, HUSBAND shall also pay attorney's fees in the amount of $------ (dollars).

Such payment shall be made by HUSBAND, in addition to the arrears repayment no later than [DATE].
