Compensation When School Is Closed

The following shall be considered a legally binding amendment to the agreement made between _______________ and ___________, dated _______________:

In the event that school is closed during the school year by order of the superintendent, or if through no fault of the above stated teacher the school cannot be continued in session, the teacher shall receive regular compensation payments during the time the school is closed.
