Return From Leave Of Absence

The following shall be considered a legally binding amendment to the agreement made between ___________ and _________, dated ____:

The above state teacher understands and agrees that, on return from an extended leave of absence, he/she may not be able to return to exactly the same position held prior to the leave. However, the superintendent and school board will exert the greatest effort to secure an assignment for teacher equivalent to that previously held by teacher, or one for which teacher is qualified as a result of additional educational studies.
