Contracts Between Franchisees And Subfranchisees

The franchiser, ________________, and the franchisee, _________, as set forth in their franchise agreement on ___________ and as witnessed by ______________, have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:

Any and all contracts or agreements of: ________________ with any sub-franchisees will be subject to terms of agreement made between the franchiser and the franchisee.
