Employee Standards

The franchiser, __________, and the franchisee, ____________, as set forth in their franchise agreement on __________ and as witnessed by ___________, have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:

Franchisee agrees to employ and manage persons of good character, conduct, and qualified representatives of franchise in accordance with standards set forth in the manual Each employee will be given a uniform which must be kept in good condition and always clean in appearance. The franchisee or the employee will assume cost of uniforms not the franchiser. Each uniform must be in keeping with standards of franchise agreement. Franchisee will compensate each employee for salaries and in no fashion or manner hold franchiser responsibility for compensation of those franchise employees.
