Franchisee's Continuing Education ProgramThe franchiser, _______________, and the franchisee, _______________, as set forth in their franchise agreement on ____________ and as witnessed by __________, have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions: The franchiser agrees to attend any and all classes the franchiser acknowledges important and necessary for operation of business. These training seminars or conferences promise to be educational and will include necessary sales kits, tools and reference materials to assist in sales, marketing, promotional activities to further education of franchisee for said business outlet. Attendance is not mandatory, however extremely important and occasional absences may be excused and will in no way be a violation of the contractual agreement. Franchiser will keep franchisee abreast of practical changes and up to date on policies and any procedures to assist in operation of business.
