Franchisee's Training Program

The franchiser, ________, and the franchisee, ______, as set forth in their franchise agreement on ________ and as witnessed by _______, have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:

Any employee hired by the franchisee will be trained by the franchisee, if not trained by franchiser, in the same manner and in accordance with guidelines set by franchiser. Training must take place and the manual of operations set by franchiser must be provided before hire of employee is deemed official.
