Purchasing Specific Supplies From Franchiser

The franchiser, ________, and the franchisee, ___________, as set forth in their franchise agreement on ___________ and as witnessed by ___________, have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:

Any special or secret formulas or ingredients that are required to manufacture trademarked product or goods shall from onset of business and on a continual basis be purchased from the franchiser. No substitutions are allowed or purchase of such ingredients from a third party supplier is prohibited by terms of contractual agreement.
