Special Promotions And Events

The franchiser, _______, and the franchisee, ______, as set forth in their franchise agreement on __________ and as witnessed by _________, have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:

Franchiser from time to time may support special events, requiring temporary structures or mobile units, that take place in exclusive territories of franchisees.
