Guaranty Of Payment And Endorsement Of Instrument

In consideration of the loan evidenced by the above instrument, the undersigned, jointly and severally, unconditionally guarantee to ________________________ (payee), of ______________________ (address), _________________ (city), ____________ County, __________________ (state), and every subsequent holder of the instrument, irrespective of the genuineness of the instrument or of any security for the instrument, or of the existence of any security, or of any other circumstance, the prompt payment of the instrument when due, at maturity, by acceleration, or otherwise. The undersigned consent that from time to time, without notice to the undersigned, the above instrument may be extended or renewed in whole or in part or the rate of interest on the instrument may be changed, and any related right or security for the instrument may be waived, exchanged, surrendered, or dealt with otherwise. Any of the acts mentioned in the above instrument may be done without affecting the liability of the undersigned. The release of any party liable on the above instrument shall not release any other party. Each signature to this guaranty is intended to be an indorsement of the above instrument, and each of the undersigned hereby waives presentment, demand for payment, protest, and notice of nonpayment and of protest, and all other notices and demands whatsoever.
