Conveyance Of Mineral Rights

1. Introduction. This Deed, dated [date], conveys certain minerals and rights from [name] of [address] (Grantor) to [name] of [address] (Grantee).

2. Property and Rights Granted. Grantor remises, releases, and quitclaims to Grantee, Grantee's heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, for ---------- dollars ($----------) received from Grantee, all Grantor's rights, title, and interest in all coal and other minerals of every kind, including stone or earth, that are required for mining operations located on and under the land.
