We hereby grant to you for no charge a non-exclusive license to print and distribute at your sole expense and cost in the United States and Canada printed copies of the lyric of the above-referenced musical composition in and as part of, or distributed in conjunction with distribution of, promotional copies of recording packages which contain the recording of said composition covered by a mechanical license issued on our behalf by the Harry Fox Agency concurrently herewith.
2. Each copy of each reprint shall contain our copyright notice and credit line:
