1. We hereby grant to you a non-exclusive license to print and sell at your sole expense and cost in the United States and Canada printed copies of the lyric of the above-referenced musical composition in and as part of recording packages which contain the recording of said composition covered by a mechanical licensed issued on our behalf by the Harry Fox Agency concurrently herewith.

2 You agree to pay us the following royalty: $.02 per lyric, per copy, sold with each recording.

3. You shall account to us quarterly on the basis of music manufactured and sold.
