Assignment Of Lease

For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, by the following parties: ___________, hereinafter referred to as Tenant, ___________, hereinafter referred to as Landlord, and a third party known as ______________, hereinafter referred to as Assignee, all such parties agree to the assignment of lease described in detail below:

This assignment shall remain in full force and effect starting upon _______________ for all the remainder of the lease term. Such assignment shall be subject to all of the following conditions: including payment of rents, all covenants, conditions, and terms of the assignments within said Lease. The Landlord's assent to the assignment of said Lease shall not discharge Tenant of Tenant's obligations under the Lease. In the event of any breach by the Assignee, Tenant shall not be discharged from any or all obligations under said Lease.
