Separation Agreement Termination(Husband & Wife) AGREEMENT: On ____________, agreement made between ______________ (wife) residing at ________________ and _____________ (husband) residing at ____________. RECITALS: A. On ____________, the above parties were married in _____________ B. On ________________, the above parties separated, and have been living apart ever since. C. On ____________________, the above parties agreed on separation terms, and both have lived according to these terms. D. The above parties have reconciled their differences, and have agreed to terminate the separation. SECTION ONE The wife will live in husbands house, and all terms of their marriage shall resume. SECTION TWO Termination Of Separation Agreement On ____________, both parties agree that all terms of the previous separation shall cease. SECTION THREE Waiver Of Claims Under Separation Agreement Both parties agree that the other has lived according to the terms of the previous separation, and that all terms of the separation shall be terminated. SECTION FOUR Rights In Spouses Estate All rights of the two parties in regard to the others estate shall be restored. SECTION FIVE Transfer Of Property To Wife The following property shall be transferred to wife by husband, effective on the date of this agreement: Wife will have complete ownership of above-described property, and all the rights associated with that ownership. SECTION SIX Support Of Wife All obligations of the husband to support the wife will resume as they were prior to the separation, and will continue as if the separation never took place. SECTION SEVEN Governing Law The laws of the State of ______ shall enforce all terms of this agreement. SECTION EIGHT Entire Agreement Both parties will be bound only to the agreements made here, and not to any prior agreements, unless otherwise stated here.
